By accessing or using PokiPoki and purchasing any product on this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

All products sold on PokiPoki are digital goods. Upon successful payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not redistribute, resell, share access, or use purchased products for any commercial purpose without explicit written consent from PokiPoki.

All prices are displayed in your local currency where supported, currently U.S. Dollars (USD), Nigerian Naira (NGN), British Pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR), Ghanaian Cedis (GHS), Kenyan Shillings (KES), and South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price you pay at checkout is the price locked in for that purchase.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and Paystack. PokiPoki does not store your card details.

All sales on PokiPoki are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, or failure to review the product description before purchase.

A refund will only be issued in cases of a verified technical failure — meaning the file failed to download, the file is corrupted or unreadable, or you received the wrong product due to an error on our part.

Refund requests for these technical issues must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase, along with proof of the issue, such as a screenshot or error message.

Upon successful payment, your product will be delivered instantly via download link and/or email. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they provide a valid email address and check their spam folder if the delivery email does not appear.

All products sold on PokiPoki are for personal, individual use only unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, or upload our products to other platforms, whether for free or for payment. Doing so is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.

You agree not to:

• Redistribute or resell purchased products without authorisation
• Use products for commercial purposes without a commercial licence
• Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law

You may check out as a guest without creating an account. If you do create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

PokiPoki reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found violating these terms, including unauthorized resale or redistribution of our products.

PokiPoki products are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We make no guarantee of specific results, financial or otherwise, from using any product purchased on this platform. Results vary based on individual effort, experience, and circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PokiPoki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

We collect only the information necessary to process your order and deliver your product — your name, email, and payment confirmation.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your email may be used to send you your purchase confirmation and occasional updates about new products, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bayelsa State, Nigeria. Any disputes arising from a purchase shall first be handled through our support email, and if unresolved, shall be referred to arbitration at the Bayelsa State Multi-Door Courthouse.

Each party shall appoint one arbitrator, and the two appointed arbitrators shall jointly select a third arbitrator to act as chairman of the tribunal. The losing party shall bear the full costs of the arbitration.

You agree not to use PokiPoki or its products for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or platform features. The date at the top of this page will always show when the terms were last revised.

Your continued use of PokiPoki after any update is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page from time to time to stay informed.
